James T Pereira is the Chief Lion and Founder of Lion Reputation Marketing Coach.

 

 James Pereira is a goal-oriented reputation marketing specialist who has rescued doomed divisions and exploded a Division’s revenues from USD 3 million to USD 30 million in 9 years via OD interventions.

He spent 22 years in the pharmaceutical industry in several Multi-National Companies. He has been involved in launching million dollar products and leading goals-smashing multi-cultural teams in sales and marketing as a Product Manager, Sales Manager and Sales & Marketing Director in the Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei sub-region.

Among his achievements in the pharma industry were developing a performance management system and initiating a career development programme in his Division for succession planning purposes that boosted retention levels and productivity.

He operated a pharmacy that developed his skills in B2C reputation marketing and customer engagement techniques.

He spent 2 years in the academic world as a Deputy Dean of the Post Graduate School in a private university. He obtained a grant from the Ministry of Higher Education to conduct research and develop a Malaysian Appreciative Inquiry Model to boost performance among companies based in Malaysia.

He shares his business knowledge and experience as a Visiting Lecturer for the University of Sunderland (UK) MBA programme delivered at SEGI College.

James obtained a BSc (Hons) from USM in 1986 and an MBA from Strathclyde University in 1995 and received the Book Prize for Organisational Development.

James is a business columnist with Free Malaysia Today news portal, sharing his expertise on organisational development and reputation marketing topics.

Vanitha Nadaraj is the Communication Lioness.

Vanitha Nadaraj has trained almost 800 people in media writing, media relations, corporate communications, and media and social media strategies.

They include PR practitioners, marketing personnel, diplomats and staff in foreign missions, youth leaders and social activists from over 20 countries in Southeast Asia, Central Asia, Eastern Europe and the Baltic region.

She has handled numerous crises in the corporate world and formulated strategies for different organisations.

Vanitha has over 27 years of working experience primarily in media and communications.

She worked 16 years at a leading English daily in Malaysia as a sub-editor and reporter. She was also the correspondent for the Jakarta-based radio station KBR68H. Currently, she's the Country Editor for the Establishment Post.

She was a lecturer in two colleges in Malaysia and communications manager for an MNC with 12,000 employees.

She has over 35 years of working experience as a print and radio journalist, senior corporate communications manager, copywriter and lecturer.

She is a fellow of the Konrad Adenauer Asian Center for Journalism at the Ateneo de Manila University, Philippines, where she completed her MA in Journalism.

She is a certified trainer accredited by PSMB (HRDF).

jacqueline thomas pereira

Jacqueline Pereira is the English Lioness.

 

Jacqueline Pereira has been teaching for almost 25 years. She’s a Senior Lecturer and Programme Director for English Languages at Taylor’s University and has been with them for 11 years.

Jacqueline has been with the School of Hospitality, Tourism and Culinary Arts for almost 5 years.

She obtained a Teaching Certificate from Penang Teachers College and went on to obtain a B. Ed. TESL at UPM.

She holds a Masters in TESL from UPM.

She’s currently a PhD candidate at Taylor’s University and her thesis is on Reading Aloud to Enhance Writing Skills.

Jacqueline’s expertise is in the fields of reading and writing.

Among the corporations she has conducted training for are DIGI, KUAIS and Taylor’s College staff.

She is an HRDF certified trainer.

Satya Narayanan is the Net Promoter Lion

Satya Narayanan has more than 15 years of experience in Quality and Customer Satisfaction.

He held the position as the Head of Customer Satisfaction for more than 5 years for the Asia Pacific region for a global technology company.

During that period, the company’s customer satisfaction score for Asia Pacific increased year over year and made a breakthrough by surpassing competitive average in 2008.

He is strongly inspired by the founder of NPS, Fred Reichheld and participates in the NPS forums actively in sharing thoughts and learning.

He helped to analyse the NPS results and its correlation with financial performance for the Telecommunications Industry during the early days of NPS.

Additionally, Satya has helped organisations design and execute customer satisfaction survey as well as helped them in analysing the results to formulate action plans in continuously improving the customer perception that drives growth.

Satya holds a BSc (Hons) and an MBA. His MBA thesis in 2005 was on customer satisfaction in telecommunication industry.

He is a strong believer that the only way for a company to grow profitably in the fierce competitive landscape as a customer centric culture.

Satya is a Certified Net Promoter Associate.
